At Atelier Saint Rae, each piece is thoughtfully sourced, restored, customized, or curated with care. Because many of our items are pre-loved, vintage, one-of-a-kind, or customized, we ask that you review all photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition details carefully before purchasing.
Pre-Loved & Vintage Items
All sales on pre-loved and vintage handbags are final unless otherwise stated. Normal signs of age, wear, patina, variations in color, or other imperfections that are clearly shown or disclosed in the listing are not considered defects.
We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe each item so you know exactly what you're purchasing.
Customized Items
All customized, restored, painted, dyed, embellished, or otherwise altered items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Because customization is completed specifically for your order, slight variations are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the situation and work with you to make it right.
Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after the refund is processed for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before processing, restoration, customization, or shipment has begun. Once work has started on a customized item, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you have questions about an item's condition, size, coloring, customization, or other details, please reach out before placing your order.
